Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 28/09/2026
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use GameFlow. This statement describes what has been made accessible, what is not yet accessible, and how to contact us.
Standard and conformance level
The site is adapted to Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013 (regulation 35) and Israeli Standard IS 5568 part 1, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA — subject to the exceptions listed below.
Last review: technical review during development (September 2026); no review by a certified accessibility consultant yet.
What we did
- A "Skip to main content" link on every page, and headings and landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) for screen readers.
- Full keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 in both light and dark mode.
- Right-to-left Hebrew and English, with correct language markup for each page and for language names.
- Pop-ups (cookies, ads) are accessible dialogs: focus moves into them and stays there, Esc closes, and focus returns where it was.
- Rotating banners pause on hover or focus, and animation is reduced when the device requests reduced motion.
- Responsive on mobile and zoomable to 200% without loss of content.
- In GameFlow's own games (under /play): named buttons, screen-reader announcements for results (game over, pause), focus moved into opened panels, visible focus, reduced-motion support and zoom. All GameFlow games have keyboard controls, and Shift+Tab always moves focus out of a game.
Known limitations
- Games from external providers (GameMonetize, GamePix, GameDistribution) are embedded as supplied. We do not control their code, and many require a mouse or touch and are not screen-reader accessible.
- GameFlow games are drawn on a canvas: what happens inside the play area is visual and not fully described to screen readers, and some games require fast reactions. This is an inherent limit of the content.
- Google ads and partner ads are shown as supplied; an ad image may lack a full description.
- A full manual test with every common screen reader has not yet been done.
