Plot Twist is a free online minesweeper game where you play a property developer buying up a city, plot by plot. The number on a plot tells you how many of the 8 neighbouring plots are rotten — building violations, structural defects, contaminated ground, or an owner who simply refuses to sell — and your job is to buy the clean ones and flag the bad ones. Three things make it different from the minesweeper you remember. First, a bad plot costs you money instead of ending the run: you develop on capital, a mistake is a lawsuit, and only going bankrupt ends the game — so you are never one careless click from starting over. Second, every board is generated and then proved solvable by a logic solver before you ever see it, which means you are never forced to guess. Third, money buys information: hire a survey to check a single plot, send a drone over a 3×3 block, or put a lawyer on a problem plot to remove it from the map for good. Chain clean buys to build a momentum multiplier, beat the target time for a bonus, and carry your capital forward through six hand-tuned districts — Suburbs, Downtown, Industrial, Waterfront, Old City and Skyline — then into an endless run of bigger, dirtier city blocks.
